After you have submitted all required documents, the review process typically takes up to 24 hours. An in-app notification will also be sent to inform you whether your application has been approved or rejected.
You can check your loan application status anytime by going to the “My Loans” section under the “Me” tab in the Kredit Pintar app.
If your loan is approved and disbursed, you can view the loan details and repayment status under the “Bill” tab in the app.
