You may check your loan details to see if the option to request a tenor extension or apply for a bill installment plan is available. To do so, you can follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Bill" tab in the app
If the option to extend your payment due date or switch to installment payments is available, it will appear below your bill details
2. Tap on "Apply Now", follow the guided steps to complete your application, and you're all set!
If these options are not currently available, repayment will need to be made by the due date indicated in the "Bill" tab. Making timely payments can help you to avoid additional charges, maintain a good credit score, and improve your chances of successfully reapplying for a loan.
