You can apply for a new loan if the loan amount selection feature is available in the app. Simply follow these steps:
1. Click "Apply Now" on the loan product you want to apply
2. Select the "Purpose of Fund" for this loan application
3. Review the loan application information
4. Click "Submit"
If the option isn’t available, you will first need to complete the repayment of your existing loan before applying for a new loan.
Do note that loan application approvals are system-driven and we are unable to approve them manually.
