This message typically indicates that you have an active loan or an outstanding bill in the app.
To review your loan status or any outstanding bills, simply log in to the Kredit Pintar app using your registered phone number. You can easily check your loan status in the "My Loans" section under the "Me" tab, or view your outstanding bills under the "Bill" tab.
Once your existing loan is fully repaid, you are welcome to apply for a new loan. Please note that loan application approvals are system-driven and we are unable to approve them manually.
