- Log in to the app
- Review the "Loan Details" section, including:
- Application date
- Disbursement information
- Bank account used
- Device and verification records
If you still believe the loan was unauthorized, please submit a report through our SLIK Complaint form for investigation. {insert webform link}
We will review relevant verification logs and supporting records in accordance with internal investigation procedures.
